About Cary Moss

Cary Moss is the managing partner of Sawyer & Sawyer, P.A. in Orlando, Florida. She has been active in The Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys where she served on the Board of Directors for several years and ultimately elected as its President in 2016. Cary continues to serve on the Joint Public Policy Task Force for the Elderly and Disabled which has impacted legislation and agency matters for Florida’s seniors. In 2018, Cary was selected as an Adjunct Practice Advisor for Atticus, Inc., and as a 2018 and 2019 Florida Super Lawyer. 

Cary speaks about how to cre4ate a great work-life balance while running a growing law firm. Most lawyers are faced with the day-to-day difficulties of successfully managing their business while maintaining personal well-being. Her secret is her team. She has learned the importance of continued development of her team, creating accountability, and implementing systems and processes that will drive profitabilitiy and improve client services. Due to the strong commitment to her family, she focuses on time management strategies within the firm to ensure that she and her team can be productive and efficicent so they too can enjoy a more balanced life.
