As founding partner of Desert Law Group, Kimberly created and implemented practice management systems to grow a thriving practice. She accomplished this while maintaining a healthy and successful personal life and a dedication to volunteerism.

Kimberly is married to Webb Weiman, an Emmy award winning producer and Peabody award winner. Webb and Kimberly stay close by supporting each other’s dreams and careers while marking items off their bucket list together.
